EDSA Names Vice President, Global Sales

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – August 2, 2006 – EDSA Micro Corporation today announced the appointment of Joe Yeagley as its new vice president of global sales.

Joe joins EDSA with more than 20 yearsof executive-level experience in power systems sales and operations, garnered with market leaders such as Eaton Corp., Powerware/Exide Electronics, and Liebert Corporation.

"Joe brings an enormous degree of power systems sales and operations expertise to EDSA," said Adib Nasle, president. "His knowledge of power systems technology and the needs of our customers will be instrumental in EDSA's continued success."

He received his BS in manufacturing engineering from the Miami University (Ohio), and his executive MBA through the Invensys Executive Leaders Program.
