SALES & MARKETING
Sales Professionals: EDSA is looking for experienced salespeople with expertise in Enterprise software sales, and a track record selling to end-users, OEMs, systems integrators, consulting engineering firms, and federal systems users. Knowledge of electrical power systems, fault tolerance, IT asset management, and intelligent infrastructure products is highly desirable. Candidates should be people who thrive in an entrepreneurial sales environment, be interested in advancing within a rapidly-growing company and be effective selling to both business-level and technical-level decision makers. Experience: 5-10 years of relevant sales experience.
Inside Sales Engineer (Paladin Live):
EDSA is looking for experienced Inside Sales Engineers to be responsible for supporting the sale of EDSA’s Paladin product offerings, a high-end power management solution for mission critical facilities across a range of markets. A strong knowledge of electrical facilities design is a must. The Inside Sales Engineer position provides quotations and responds to pre-sales technical support needs of customers and field sales, and provides customer feedback to marketing and engineering. Additionally, the Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for making outbound calls to generate sales and market intelligence and will be required to support marketing programs, trade shows, and product demonstrations as needed. Experience: 2-5 years of relevant sales experience.
PRODUCT MANAGEMENT
Product Management:
EDSA is looking for experienced product managers, fluent in Enterprise software solutions. They will be responsible for leading all classic PM functions: portfolio management, defining product features and functions, product positioning, lifecycle management, route-to-market planning, market/competitive analysis, forecasting, working with the development organization, etc. Knowledge of electrical power systems, IT asset management, and intelligent infrastructure products would be ideal. Experience: 5-10 years of relevant PM experience.
SUPPORT & TRAINING
Customer Advocates, Technical Support:
EDSA is looking for experienced Technical Support professionals to serve as a primary contact for customers. These positions require a very high degree of customer, management and field engineering interaction, as well as in-depth knowledge of the Company’s software, systems and interconnected devices to ensure proper operation. Superb communication skills (primarily oral, but professional written communications in the form of email, and more formal reports) with customers, management and related contractors, business partners and sales channels is essential. Experience: 2-5 years of relevant previous experience in a related area of electrical systems, power systems software, IT planning, data acquisition and control, or network management, including field installation experience and software acumen.

Electrical Engineers
EDSA is looking for electrical engineers with extensive experience in modeling of complex power systems. Experience in various power system analysis: AC/DC systems, fault analysis, dynamic analysis, inverters/converters, power flow analysis, reactive optimal power, 3-phase, 1-phase, advanced distribution reliability, etc. Prior experience with EDSA software or similar products strongly desired.
Electrical Engineer, Power Systems
EDSA is seeking Electrical Engineer, Power System to design algorithms for power system analysis including Power Flow, short Circuit, Power System Optimization, Voltage Stability, Protective Device Coordination, Arc Flash, Grounding, Cable Ampacity, etc. Test employer’s software used for analysis of power systems for commercial, industrial and military clients and modify algorithms to ensure accuracy; Perform power flow, short circuit, protective device coordination and other power system studies. Keep abreast of developments to ensure state-of-the-art algorithms. Masters in Electrical or Computer Engineering and one year experience on the job or in research position required. Electrical Engineering Programers
EDSA is looking for electrical engineers with extensive software development experience to design and develop application software for analysis of electrical power systems. Analyze applications software requirements of commercial, industrial, and military clients; create, modify, and customize software for simulation and application of multifunctional systems. Test and modify software as necessary for simplification and optimum analysis simulation. We require a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering, experience in C++, Windows programing and database experience and a minimum of two years post-masters experience either as an electrical engineer or a systems analyst (electrical power).
Power Quality Technician:
EDSA is looking for an experienced technician skilled in the installation and on-going maintenance of real-time electrical power infrastructure. Experience with power meters (Square D, General Electric, Eaton, etc.) and real-time systems essential. Approximately 50% travel required to visit customer sites.
SOFTWARE ENGINEERING
Software Engineer, Electrical Power Systems (multiple positions)
Design and develop software for analysis of electrical power systems: Analyze software requirements; Create, modify, and customize software for simulation and application of multifunctional systems - AC/DC systems, balanced/unbalanced systems, Sliding , Series Fault, 1/2,3,5, 8, and any cycle fault simulation, dynamic switch, rectifiers and inverters, analysis of voltage and Protective Device Evaluation for real time simulation, active/reactive optimal power, advanced reliability analysis, power flow/motor starting analysis, voltage stability/contingency analysis, electromagnetic transient analysis and harmonic analysis; Test and modify software as necessary for simplification and optimum analysis simulation. Master in Science in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or related field required. One year experience in the job or in research also required. Refer to D/ZIE when applying
Interface Developer:
EDSA is also looking for an experienced Interface Developer to be responsible for developing applications through the creation of an interface between EDSA software products and various CAD and diagramming applications such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, Visio and similar applications. Must have hands-on experience incorporating database functionality into CAD and Diagramming solutions using VBA, C++. Candidate must have experience integrating CAD solutions with Oracle or SQL databases. Experience: Minimum of four years of relevant previous experience in Visio or CAD application development.
