EDSA Appoints Michael Draper Chief Financial Officer & Secretary

SAN DIEGO, Calif. – May 13,, 2008 – EDSA Micro Corp. – the leading developer of power analytics solutions for the design, testing, and diagnosis of complex electrical power systems – today announced the appointment of Michael Draper to the newly-created position of Chief Financial Officer & Secretary.  He will report to Mark A. Ascolese, President & Chief Executive Officer of EDSA.

Mr. Draper brings a wealth of international fnancial experience to EDSA, with both start-up and established multi-million dollar operations throughout Europe, Asia and the United States.  He began his career and earned his CPA at KPMG in the United Kingdom, and subsequently held senior management positions at Storage Technology Corporation and Invensys Plc’s Lambda and Powerware Divisions.

Michael will provide the experienced financial hand-on-the-helm EDSA needs to navigate our continued high growth," said Mr. Ascolese. "As customer demand for our Paladin Live power analytics platform continues to escalate, we'll need experience such as Michael's to help manage our growth and financial planning."
